Soups on!

Wednesday night I did two different soups, a Christmas Soup and a Cheese Soup.  Both were delicious.

Here's the stuff for the christmas soup.  kale kielbasa, chicken broth, garlic, red potatoes, kidney beans.

The stuff for the cheese soup, celery, carrots, onions, bay leaf, white pepper, flour, marsala, cream, fontina, chicken broth.

The seared kielbasa for the Christmas soup.

The onions get seared off in the fat from the kielbasa.

The onions, carrots, celery and flour go in for the base of the cheese soup.

Chicken broth added to the Christmas Soup pot.

The cream and broth go into the cheese soup pot.

Kale, and potatoes in the  Christmas Soup.
