Went with a Thai theme tonight in honor of Nan. Green curry tonight that I'm sure wasn't very traditional but it was delicious none the less.
Here's the stuff for the green curry paste lime, lemon juice, cumin, serranos, jalapenos, ginger, garlic, shallots, cilantro, whie pepper, salt and coriander.
The stuff for the curry, red pepper, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar chicken, broccoli, mint and basil.
Coconut cream (the solid part of a can of coconut milk) and the green curry paste.
Coconut milk, fish sauce and brown sugar go in.
Sliced chicken joins in.
